Elkow Elected Councillor for Division 5!
The results are in and Glenda has been declared the new Councillor for Division 5! Congratulations to Glenda. Tonight, over at the R.J. Nelson Room at the Stockade Convention Centre, Councillor Elkow-Elect thanked everyone who supported the campaign and pledged to work hard for the Division and the County in the years ahead.
